The Hundred Dresses: Day 100

as well as so we come to the end … the Duro! The Duro is really one of the Hundred gowns in The-Hundred-Dresses-the-book, as well as it’s named for Duro Olowu, who created it. I fell in like … discovered a affordable facsimile … as well as I made it a lot. To wit:

I don’t understand if I ever published this one:

This next one has some video:

There’s this one:

Then I started making them shorter:

And this one:

(Those last three as well as the eco-friendly one above? All Liberty.)

This one has two articles (the second one is a play):

I have never gotten over exactly how well these two prints matched, thinking about I gotten them ages apart as well as in different places:

And, of course, the Vader Duro:

(Plus there’s this as well as this one, as well as this one, none of which I even have any type of more, as well as the one I’m using in this video, which I understand I still have however I never wear anymore, since I used it in that video. Crazy.)

I will publish some wrapups after this loooooong series … I understand there are concerns in the comments that have gone unanswered, plus there’s all kind of statistical fun to be had, as well as of program a “closet picture” as well as some gowns that perhaps didn’t make the cut for the full 100 … however if you’ve liked this series, may I ask that you maybe think about choosing up the book that influenced it? If you have already, as well as took pleasure in it, I’d like to see your review, as well as of program it makes a charming present for just about any individual …

Thanks so much for all the motivating comments as well as fun links you’ve shared, too!
